Our Managing Director, Daniel Flores, will be a speaker at the 14th Investment Treaty Arbitration Conference, taking place in Prague on September 19, 2024. The event, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, will be held at the historic Liechtenstein Palace.

Dr. Flores will speak at a panel entitled: “Damages in Investment Arbitration Are Unreasonably High: Myth or Reality?”  He will join distinguished arbitration practitioners, including Simon Batifort (Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle), Christopher Harris (3 Verulam Buildings), Margie-Lys Jaime (Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Panama), and Kateřina Skryjova (PwC).

This conference is an excellent forum for state representatives, arbitrators, and industry practitioners to explore trends and share insights on the latest developments in international investment arbitration.
